Forest Holiday Club

Join us for some nature fun and adventures in the forest. Kids explore and play in nature, connect with the natural environment, meet new friends and feel the awe and wonder that being in the forest has on us. As with all our activities, holiday clubs follow the Forest School ethos of child-led learning and discovery in the outdoors. No two days are ever the same; we take our lead from the children’s interest and the conditions of the day, exploring insects and their habitats, building dens, creating woodland crafts and playing games, going on adventurous walks, engaging with some nature art, getting some physical play and balancing on ropes and relaxing on hammocks.

We have two weeks of Forest Holiday Club
for the young ones to enjoy. Book the whole week and get a discount price or book individual days.

WHAT HOLIDAY CLUB IS NOT

  • A chance for your kids to enjoy unstructured play outdoors

  • An opportunity for your kids to make new friendships and relationships

  • A place for guided learning through safe exploration in nature to take place

  • A supportive and positive environment for kids to be exposed to a vast range of creative activities, nature arts and crafts, nature and environmental exploration, team building games, bushcraft skills, nature walks and lots of water and muddy play!

  • All of this is how learning through play in nature unfolds

  • A structured learning environment with measured outcomes
  • A tightly controlled, project-oriented activity group for kids
  • An iterative course on nature with homework and theme or topic repetition – no two days are the same!

  • A space for kids to play with toys with adult supervision

  • This is not how we encourage learning or play to unfold with ease

Please note our new refund policy

We offer a 70% refund for cancellations 2 weeks prior to the start of the holiday club programme. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations 1 week prior to the start of the programme. No refunds for cancellations made during the holiday club programme.
This refund policy sees the ‘start of the holiday club programme’ as the date of commencement of week 1 and is equally applicable to all bookings irregardless of which dates within the programme have been booked.
