Being immersed in nature has a deeply calming effect on us and improves our well-being. Through play, adventures, and games, forest schools work on developing and consolidating social skills, teamwork, problem-solving, self-confidence, building resilience, and awareness. Every session is a different adventure with particular activities that will help children to develop holistically.
